Rates are for Judgments awarded in New Jersey & Florida.
Your Judgment Must be Docketed.

In most cases you have received a Judgment on the County level.
This may or may not show up on a credit report. It will not be considered as a "Statewide Lien" there are 3 more steps required to do so.

If you do not have a Docketed Judgment our paralegal will request of the Courts and file all necessary paperwork to obtain this important status there is a $95.00 fee which includes state fees due prior to this work being performed.

You must supply us with current address and asset report.
Upon accetance of or agreement to force your judgment we will
investigate, skiptrace, asset, property, bank, employment, ect.
We obtain this information for an up front flat fee.

(A private citizen would pay $475.00 - $1,200.00).
